probably the abandonware site i'd trust most. if you weren't aware "abandonware" refers to software or games that can no longer be bought and the developers no longer profit from. for example, you can download the sims: complete collection and the sims 2: ultimate collection for free from here.
in my opinion, this is the best switch roms site i've found. i've been able to find every game i've wanted and the downloads are actually possible, and not ONLY spam downloads. (note - there is still fake downloads! watch what you click!)

sims mods / downloadspaying for the sims 4's packs is cringe. every pack would cost you over $1000. use this updater to get around that ;)
